Warranty Policy

As-Is

All items are sold "As-Is" unless stated otherwise.

Damage On Arrival (DOA)

Asset Logic must be notified of any damaged items within 72 hours of receipt of order (receipt of order will be based on delivery dates).

Our 7-Day DOA Warranty is return to base only and defective goods will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (excluding shipping, buyer pays for shipping to and from base).

There is no warranty coverage on physical damage, physical tampering or electronic tampering while item is in your possession.

You will be supplied with a working item in good condition. If you tamper, drop, break, or damage the item in any way, the warranty will be void.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless item(s) are misrepresented in the listing or no longer in stock. In certain cases we will accept returns.

Please contact us if you wish to return an item.

Buyer will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee, all associated transaction fees, and is responsible for all return shipping costs.
